  While parts of their services were good, they are severely lacking in details and compassion. Yes, it's a business but they are dealing with the loss of a loved one, not a refrigerator or a kitchen sink. I was really surprised at their attitude when details/mistakes made and no act to make it right, not even an apology.

  All of my maternal family has used Brown since they opened. Mr. Brown is the most professional, courteous, gentlemanly, accommodating Funeral Director and he is scrupulously particular about the staff he hires. Always grateful for all they do in our times of grief.

  Sorry sorry sorry people! It's all about the money with them, wanted $3000 up front or they would not go get my son at the hospital. Thank god I still have small town connections where I'm from, that funeral home not only come to pick up my son, but will work with us on the payment. Sure glad I'm in the process of moving back there to get out of this greedy sorry ass town!!!

  The older gentleman that I believe is the owner could of been more friendly n more inviting when opening the door, but the lady in the office was very polite n not snobby.
